Max founded Silicon Beach Talent with Marissa in 2015, an executive search firm focused on disruptive companies creating the future. SBT is one of the few firms focused on working with cutting edge technology companies developing the hardware and software changing the world. SBT focuses on leadership search in the areas of Engineering, Product and Operations and has been part of growing over 40 companies early stage to exit.

Prior to founding SBT, Max was a recruiting leader at Tesla Motors where he managed a team of 18 recruiters and researchers in the areas of battery and powertrain hardware, vehicle engineering, manufacturing engineering, and production.

Prior to Tesla Max was a recruiting manager with Aerotek specializing in mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering for the automotive and aerospace sectors.

In addition to his work with SBT, Max is an investor and advisor to a number of companies both as an individual and as a member of RB Venture Partners.
